You will not receive a Zoom link immediately after submitting this form. Zoom meeting invites are sent out the day prior to the scheduled meeting date. When you complete the online form to RSVP for an office location’s prenatal meet and greet meeting, you will receive the Zoom invite for that office location the day prior to the monthly scheduled meeting.
